FSU Block Party

This community event is hosted by the City of Frostburg Parks & Recreation Department in collaboration with Frostburg State University. The event is held on Main Street in downtown Frostburg and features a wide variety of businesses, vendors, and organizations set up on Main Street to welcome FSU students back to Frostburg and show them what the local area has to offer.
