Glendalough Birding Beaver Pond Trail
Meet in the Dining Hall
Description
Grab your binoculars or borrow a pair from the park and go birding with Naturalist Dora! We will wander down the 1.4-mile loop scanning the treetops and skies in search of songbirds, waterfowl, and raptors! All birders welcome, including first time bird watchers. We will meet at the Dining Hall.
The trail is mostly a mowed grass, flat trail. Dress for the weather that day. Sunscreen and bug spray are encouraged. Please bring water. This program will be cancelled if weather is bad.
This program is free. A valid park pass is required for park entry. A daily park pass is $7, and an annual park pass is $35. It can be purchased at the park office or ahead of time online.
