Love Was in the Air: “Love Notes from Gillette Main Street” a Sweet Success

Love was all around during Gillette Main Street’s inaugural “Love Notes from Gillette Main Street” promotion, which kicked off on February 7, 2026! Originally planned to run through Valentine’s Day, the event quickly captured the community’s excitement—so much so that we extended the fun through the end of February.

This interactive promotion encouraged shoppers to explore Downtown Gillette in a whole new way. “Love Notes” were hidden throughout participating businesses, inviting visitors to discover the unique shops, experiences, and treasures our downtown has to offer.

Those lucky enough to find a Love Note could bring it to the Gillette Main Street office and redeem it for Downtown Dollars—adding an extra layer of excitement to the hunt!

We’re thrilled with the community response and the enthusiasm shown by both shoppers and businesses. “Love Notes from Gillette Main Street” proved to be a fun and engaging way to celebrate local, and we’re already looking forward to bringing it back next year.
