The 2026 WyoGives Day Picnic was one for the books!

Every year on WyoGives Day, lunch is on us! Gillette Main Street fires up the grill and invites the community downtown for hot dogs, chips, a cold drink, and, of course, a delicious cookie lovingly made by Home of the Hot Mess Cookie.

We take the guesswork out of what to have for lunch and give everyone a chance to gather, visit, and enjoy a meal together. More importantly, the picnic is our way of celebrating WyoGives, a statewide day of giving that brings communities together in support of worthy nonprofits—including Gillette Main Street!

Events like this don't happen without some pretty amazing people behind the scenes. A big thank-you to Joe Terry for supplying the hot dogs, buns, chips, and condiments, and a huge thank-you to Home Fire Foods for providing their food truck to help us cook all those dogs!

We also can't thank our volunteers enough. From setting up and cooking to serving food and braving the July heat, you helped make the day a success.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed some lunch, supported WyoGives, and spent part of their day with us. We love any excuse to bring our community together in Downtown Gillette!

We'll fire up the grill and see you again next July!
