Holiday Season Advertising Opportunities with Weekly Choice

Reach Thousands of additional households for the Christmas Season

Both of our newspapers, the Weekly Choice & Charlevoix County News, are planning a big event for our newspapers that are distributed the week of Thanksgiving.

Our newspapers usually are published on Thursday. The November 26 issue will come out a day early on Wednesday, November 25. Deadline will be Friday, November 20. Some of the highlights of this issue are:

1.      We will mail thousands of additional papers that week, mailed to households throughout our distribution area including Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan, Alpena, Gaylord, Cheboygan, Petoskey, Grayling, Indian River and more.

2.      We are publishing our popular Christmas Traditions booklet with recipes, Christmas Carols and holiday ideas families love. Churches, Senior Centers, school classes, community groups and family gatherings frequently ask for extra copies of these books to use for Christmas caroling.

3.      Businesses that advertise a ¼ page or larger in the November 25 issue of the Weekly Choice or Charlevoix County News will  receive a discount of 50% on advertising in the 4 issues following through December 24 and a FREE ad in the Michigan MoneySaver.

We expect this to be the most spectacular and effective method of advertising your business during the Christmas season.

The deadline for the Christmas Traditions booklet is Tuesday, November 17.

Deadline for the Thanksgiving issues of the Weekly Choice and Charlevoix County News is Friday, November 20, but please don’t wait until the last day to get us your ad copy.

Contact Dave Baragrey or anyone at our papers to reserve space in these special Christmas season publications. Call 989-732-8160 or email Office@WeeklyChoice.com or Office@CharlevoixCountyNews.com.
