Sponsor the 2026 GWA Chamber Golf Outing

The Greater Wheeling Area Chamber's Annual Golf Outing is more than just a day on the course—it's an opportunity to connect with local business leaders, strengthen community relationships, and showcase your business to an engaged audience of professionals from throughout the Northwest suburbs.

As a sponsor, your company will receive valuable visibility before, during, and after the event through event marketing, social media recognition, on-site signage, and direct interaction with participants. Whether you're looking to increase brand awareness, support your local Chamber, entertain clients, or demonstrate your commitment to the community, we have a sponsorship opportunity that fits your goals.

The Greater Wheeling Area Chamber is a nonprofit organization that receives no tax funding and relies on membership dues, event participation, and sponsorship support to continue providing business advocacy, networking opportunities, educational programming, economic development initiatives, and community engagement activities throughout the year.

Golf Outing Sponsorship Form

Title Sponsorship - $2500.00

The Title Sponsor will receive a Foursome w/cart, heavily promoted both pre- and post-event, as well as during the golf outing. Able to address the golfers at the start! Also, includes a hole sponsor and heavy social media coverage.

Dinner Sponsor - $2000.00

The Dinner Sponsor will receive a Foursome w/cart, heavily promoted both pre- and post-event. Able to address the audience before dinner. Will be heavily promoted via social media.

Lunch Sponsor - $1000.00

Our Lunch Sponsor will receive passes for two golfers with cart, be promoted on signage at registration, logo will appear on promotional materials and will be heavily promoted via social media. (There is also an option to stand for a photo with the Berman family in front of the Maurie & Flaurie Superdawgs!)

Putting Contest Sponsor - $1000.00

Our Putting Contest sponsor will receive passes for two golfers with cart, signage at the putting green, logo included on promotional materials, and heavy coverage via social media. YOU CAN CREATE THE CONTEST! Are you the creative type? Do you have a creative team? (We'll even refund up to $200 in material costs.)

Hole Sponsor (Only 16 available) - $500.00

Ours are individually dedicated Hole Sponsors! This one is YOURS and YOURS ALONE! Hole sponsors are welcome to "work their hole", round "golf ball" signage created and posted at the hole. Our Hole Sponsors will be heavily promoted both during and post-event.

Closest to the Pin Sponsorhip - $500.00

Closest to the Pin Sponsor will be front and center at one of the day's most exciting skill competitions. Sponsor receives passes for two golfers with cart, exclusive signage at the Closest to the Pin hole, logo placement on promotional materials, recognition during awards presentations, and significant exposure through Chamber social media and event marketing.

Longest Drive Sponsorship - $500.00

Longest Drive Sponsor will be associated with one of the most anticipated competitions of the outing. Sponsor receives passes for two golfers with cart, exclusive signage at the Longest Drive hole, logo placement on promotional materials, recognition during awards presentations, and significant exposure through Chamber social media and event marketing.
