Mora Creative Collective Space: A New Home for Creativity
Before
After
A new creative space is coming to Mora. With support from the New Mexico Creative Industries Division, St. Gertrude’s Parish Hall will receive improvements that will transform it into the future Mora Creative Collective Space, part of Mora’s state-designated Arts & Cultural Compound.
St. Gertrude’s Parish Hall has served as a gathering place for the community for generations. The upcoming project will give the building a renewed purpose while preserving its role as a place where people come together.
The Mora Creative Collective Space will provide artists and makers with a place to work, connect, share ideas, and present their work. It will also create opportunities for residents and visitors to participate in creative activities and experience the work of local artists.
Looking Ahead
This investment in St. Gertrude’s Parish Hall is an investment in Mora’s creative future. As the improvements move forward, Mora Mainstreet looks forward to welcoming artists, makers, community members, and visitors to a space designed for creativity, collaboration, and connection.
More information about the renovation and future opportunities at the Mora Creative Collective Space will be shared as the project progresses.
