Description
Join in the annual Jim Thoman Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 31, in downtown Russell! Lineup begins at 10:45 AM at 9th and Main, with the parade starting at 11 AM. Dress up in your costumes and parade down Main Street to the Russell County Courthouse, where treats will be handed out!
In case of inclement weather, the alternate location is the Ruppenthal Middle School Gym, with a decision made by 9 AM that morning.
