A Coffee on Us & a Day of Shopping: Join The Holiday Collective!

A coffee on us, a day with your favorite people, and a little fun to kick off the holiday season!

We’d love to have you join us Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 8 AM-5 PM for The Holiday Collective, a tri-county shopping tour! With 20+ local stores to explore across Russell, Ellsworth, and Great Bend, it’s a chance to spend the day shopping local and enjoying special offers just for you along the way!

Gather your mom, sister, cousin, or favorite shopping crew and make a day of it! We’ll take care of the rest so you can settle in, enjoy your time together, and find a few things you love.

Your Seat, Coffee & Lunch for $25

Your $25 ticket includes your bus seat, morning coffee, and lunch prepared by The Club Bakery. We’ll start the morning with coffee together, get you your materials for the day, and give you time to shop in your starting community before boarding the bus.

With outlets to keep your phone charged, an onboard restroom, and plenty of room for your purchases, your job is simple: shop and have fun!

Two Starting Locations. One Fun-Filled Day.

Choose between Russell or Great Bend as your starting location when registering. Both groups will meet at 8 AM:

Russell: Espresso Etc., 628 N Main St., Russell, KS
Start with coffee and shopping in Russell, then visit Ellsworth and Great Bend before returning to Russell.

Great Bend: The Zarah Coffee Shop, 1216 Main St., Great Bend, KS
Start with coffee and shopping in Great Bend, then visit Russell and Ellsworth before returning to Great Bend.

Both groups will visit all three communities and are expected to return to their starting locations around 5 PM.

A Few Surprises Along the Way

After registering, we’ll send over your itinerary and a sneak peek at participating stores so you can start looking forward to the day! We’re saving the special offers for the tour itself, so there will be a few surprises waiting for you.

Whether you’re checking gifts off your list or finding a little something for yourself, there will be plenty of stores to choose from and time to enjoy the experience.

Register for The Holiday Collective here, or scan the QR code on the flyer. Please complete one registration per shopper and select your starting location.

Seats are limited, and your seat is not reserved until payment has been received. Payment can be made by cash, check, or Venmo (@VisitRussellCounty), with instructions included in the registration form.
