AuSable River Canoe Marathon PreRace Program and Start

Join us starting at 6pm for the Opening Program, emceed by Camren Wilson-Money and special guests. Our Opening Program will include some new special features this year and we're so excited to debut them! Paddler introductions will begin around 6:45pm. The starting gun will sound promptly at 9pm signaling the iconic Lemans-style running start through the streets of Grayling to the banks of the AuSable where the two-person teams will paddle non-stop 14-19 hours through the night, finishing Sunday in Oscoda, some 50,000-70,000 paddle strokes later. Take it from us – it only takes one hair-raising, spine-tingling, adrenaline pumping, feel the excitement and electricity in the air- AuSable Marathon start to GET HOOKED!!!
